A case report of a 36-year-old male with a multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus urinary tract infection, highlighting the importance of culture and sensitivity testing in guiding targeted antimicrobial therapy. The patient was successfully treated with IV Linezolid after culture and sensitivity results revealed a multidrug-resistant pattern.
