The study conducted an uncontrolled before-and-after intervention to assess the impact of a WASH education program on households in rural Dembiya, Ethiopia. Surveys were administered to randomly selected households with under-5 children, measuring changes in WASH practices. Results indicated significant improvements in sanitation access, water handling, and hygiene practices post-intervention, demonstrating the effectiveness of health education in promoting better WASH behaviors.
