The study is an open-label noninferiority trial conducted in South Korea, enrolling patients with high-risk clinical or lesion characteristics. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either clopidogrel monotherapy or extended dual antiplatelet therapy (DAPT) for 24 months. The primary endpoint was net adverse clinical events, including death, myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, stroke, or significant bleeding. The findings aim to clarify the optimal antiplatelet strategy for this patient population.
