Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is one of the most prevalent genetic causes of heart disease, characterized by abnormal thickening of the heart muscle. Despite its significance, management options have seen limited advancements since its initial description. This review discusses various pharmacological treatments, including recent clinical trials and emerging therapies aimed at improving patient outcomes in HCM.
