Hematology
MYC/BCL2 double-expressor lymphoma is a subtype of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), marked by poor response to standard immunochemotherapy. This study involved 423 patients and was a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, phase 3 clinical trial. The findings suggest that tucidinostat added to R-CHOP may improve event-free survival and complete response rates, although it also showed increased toxicity. Limitations include the study's single ethnic population and the need for further evaluation of maintenance tucidinostat.
