The research presents a secondary analysis of the TICH-2 trial, focusing on how varying levels of systolic blood pressure influence the outcomes of patients treated with tranexamic acid for spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage. The findings suggest that while tranexamic acid reduces hematoma expansion and early death, it does not significantly improve functional outcomes across all blood pressure levels. This analysis aims to clarify the role of blood pressure management in conjunction with tranexamic acid treatment in acute stroke scenarios.
