Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) presents significant morbidity and mortality challenges despite advancements in therapy. This review synthesizes data from 14 studies involving 3398 patients to analyze the effectiveness of hypertonic saline solution (HSS) in combination with furosemide. The findings suggest that this combination therapy may improve kidney function, diuresis, and overall patient outcomes compared to furosemide alone.
