The study aims to address the lack of evidence regarding the optimal revascularization strategy for patients with NSTE-ACS and MVD. It analyzes data from four prospective observational studies involving over 3,000 patients to evaluate outcomes such as all-cause mortality, myocardial infarction, stroke, and repeat revascularization. The findings suggest no significant differences in mortality or major adverse cardiovascular events between PCI and CABG, although CABG showed lower rates of repeat revascularization.
