Heart failure (HF) is a major cause of hospital readmission, leading to increased morbidity and healthcare costs. This research investigates NT-proBNP as a biomarker for predicting rehospitalization in heart failure patients. The study included 80 patients and followed them for six months, measuring NT-proBNP levels and analyzing their association with readmission rates. The findings suggest that higher NT-proBNP levels correlate with an increased risk of hospital readmission, emphasizing its potential role in clinical practice.
