The study retrospectively analyzed 558 patients with ATTR-CA across three international centers, comparing their baseline characteristics, AF presence, and thromboembolic outcomes by race. The findings suggest significant racial disparities in AF management and outcomes, particularly regarding anticoagulation practices.
